Dreyer & Reinbold Racing has purchased one of IndyCar's 25 charters from Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, paving the way for the team to run one full-time car next season for the first time since 2012.

The IndyCar Series will welcome Dreyer & Reinbold Racing back as a full-time entrant in 2027. The move comes after recent negotiations with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing concluded last weekend with the purchase of RLL’s third charter.
