Texas A&M will host 2028 defensive prospect David Dotson in October

Texas A&M is set to host four-star edge defender David Dotson for a campus visit on October 3. The visit will coincide with the Aggies' home game against Arkansas. Dotson, a junior at Atascocita in Humble, Texas, is considered a priority recruit for head coach Mike Elko. The defensive prospect has expressed interest in several programs, including Texas, Oklahoma, SMU, Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia, LSU, and Alabama. Beyond Dotson, the Aggies continue to utilize their remaining 2026 home schedule to host high-level prospects, including five-star wide receiver Braylon Clark. Texas A&M maintains its recruiting efforts as the program continues to emphasize player development under the current defensive-minded coaching staff.
