Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association releases latest state rankings for high school teams

The Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association released its updated girls volleyball state rankings on September 11, reflecting records through September 8. In Division 1, Divine Savior Holy Angels holds the top spot with an 8-1 record, while Oconomowoc and Kimberly follow in the second and third positions. Mosinee leads the Division 2 rankings at 14-2, ahead of New Berlin West and Fox Valley Lutheran. The poll categorizes teams across five divisions based on their performances throughout the current season. Watertown Luther Prep sits at the top of the Division 3 standings with an 8-0 record. McDonell Central leads Division 4 with a 6-1 mark, and Florence holds the number one position in Division 5. The association also published a separate poll for boys volleyball, which currently features Brookfield East in the top spot followed by Middleton and Germantown.
